The tasks and responsibilities of each partner school.

  • uDuties have been discussed and agreed upon by the partners in the project preparation stage. Spain and Turkey, with no previous Erasmus+ experience, will be advised every step of the way by the coordinator.
uEach partner manages the project locally, which means organization, implementation of activities, selection of participants, monitoring, evaluation, dissemination and financial management. Each team appoints skilled persons to deal with these management aspects and the key persons from every partner institution collaborate closely with their peers. For this purpose, a WhatsApp group has been created to facilitate the communication. All the persons covering these key roles report their activity and results to their Estonian counterpart every 3 months, so as to make it easier to follow the attainment of objectives and take the necessary regulatory measures.
uFor the overall management coherence, Estonia creates and distributes template documents. The calendar for the submission of reporting data will be discussed and agreed with all the partners in the initial stage of the project.
uFor good cooperation and communication, we will create the Twinspace of the project which we use to send and receive documents, for discussions and exchange of ideas. Each LTTA will have an allocated eTwinning event forum in which the participants can interact and exchange ideas. For the management meetings, we will use eTwinning live conferences. For shorter message exchanges, we will use WhatsApp and Facebook.
uSpecific partner duties were negotiated as follows:
uEstonia provides model documents and templates for partners to use. Such model documents include dissemination plan, monitoring and evaluation plan, reports. These can be adapted by each partner in accordance with their reality. Estonia coordinates the final outputs (brochure for students/parents and brochure for schools). Estonia organizes the final LTTA, C8-9 and creates the meeting report and evaluation. We collect reports from the partners in order to evaluate the attainment of objectives and the impact indicators, so as to create the impact study and the final report submitted to the NA.
uBG creates the final evaluation instruments, organizes C4-5, elaborates the meeting report for C4-5, evaluates C4-5 participants. It is in charge of the creation of Twinspace. They also coordinate newsletter 3. BG organizes information about C4-5 to include in the brochures.
uTR - organization of C1, report and evaluation of C1, creates newsletter 1, organizes information about C6-7 to include in the brochures, initiates and updates project website.
