International Mother Language Day

  • Good citizens are actively involved in their community and in the betterment of their fellow citizens. They take pride in where they live and strive to make it a better place. We all want to be known as a good citizen, and with a little thought and effort, anyone can be one.

We all know that the International Mother's Day is on September 26th! Countries celebrate it differently! September 25 Lithuanian students had Competitions gallery, which was organized by the Speacker of  Lithuanian Seimas. We invited our partners from Germany to take part in it too!

Participation in the International Mother's Day is a good opportunity to show how we love our language and we like learning other languages! There were about 150 photos in the contest! That was good news when we knew that our students Marta Cepulyte (Lithuania -Kaunas) was awarded in the compition and second place was for Silvestras Kaklauskas, her teacher was Simonaviciene (Lithuania -Kedainiai) !!!!!

We are proud of the result and show the movie as we took part in the competition! The exhibition will be on display until October 9 in the Lithuanian Seimas !!!!

    European Day of Languages

There was a great celebration at the European Day of Languages in our school. The youngest groups presented a poem "Body parts" with improvisation movements. The children were taught to say "hello"         in different languages. On this day we felt united with Europe.
