    Honey

    Our students were informed by the teachers of the Naoussa Special School about the nutritional value of honey and how it is produced. 

    Its value has been appreciated since ancient times. It was an essential ingredient in the diet of ancient peoples and it was used both for their diet and as much as pharmaceutical preparations. With more than 181 nutrients, honey is a true 'nutritional treasure'.
