The course provider Pričalica from Croatia organised two different courses Gamification and Special needs in education in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Three teachers from OŠ Domžale cooperated in both of the courses.

At the course we gained a lot of new methodological and didactical techniques including gamification practises in all kind of segments of the teaching process (for motivation, for energisers, team-building activities etc.)

All the participants presented their country and educational system. We exchanged experiences, aspects, differences between educational system and working with special needs and gifted students. We shared different experiences of special needs education in different countries:  Slovenia, Latvia, Poland, Romunia, North Macedonia, France, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany.

At the cultural evening we shared traditional national food and souvenirs. Slovenians presented potica, Teran's liquor, Prešeren's and Gorenjka  chocolate.

Our teachers presented Slovenian school system and shared our excellent examples of our past international projects at Domžale Primary School: eTwinning projects, Job Shadowings, KA2 Strategic partnership projects.

In different outdoor excursions on the Tenerife island (National park Teide, botanic gardens, Los Gigantes, Puerto de la Cruz, Masca) we saw how we can include excursions, outdoor workshops and gamification activities outdoors in the school curriculum to motivate gifted and special needs students, and to improve the teaching process more.

At the end of the courses we gained the certicicates of attendance.
