Time Management

The whole result of the portugal meeting will be in the mind and spirit of each participant ... through the phases resulting from the process centered on the human being "Design Thinking".

Empathy - Obtaining and collecting information about the participants.
Define - analysis of the observations / information collected, synthesis of the definition of the main problems.
Ideate - the knowledge acquired in the two previous phases, enables the participants to think about alternatives to visualize the problems and identify solutions.
Prototype - Experimentation phase, identifying the best solution. 
Test - Using the best solutions identified in the prototype phase. The results generated will be used to redefine, make changes and improve.
