Here each transnational group will create a healthy diet for a whole week. Then in Poland we will create the best diet for a whole week ( the one with the least footprint and the healthiest). We will create a leaflet with this diet. Now you have to use these documents to write the diets for a whole week. So we will have 10 weeks-diets. For each day the diet must include 3 meals, that is, breakfast , lunch and dinner.
