Pieter Bruegel was born in the 16th century in the city Breda in the Netherlands. 

He is a very famous painter. In the beginning he started painting landscapes. Later on he made paintings about 'proverbs and sayings'. 

His most important work is the 'childrens playings'. He showed the children in their daily life.
