GOALS:
− Knowing about the environment of the locality and its socioeconomic characteristics.

− Knowing how to design a resume.
− Detecting the possibilities of development in their local and European socio-economic environment.
− Knowing the possible professional itineraries according to the different candidate profiles, according to each member country and also at the level
of the European Union in general.
- Manage emotions when passing a phase (both positive, success, as negative, resistance to failure or unrealized expectations).
- Know the positive aspects to present themselves as candidates for a job interview

Writing their own CV based on the work imagined for themselves
Reports at the conclusions from the immersive experience after the simulation of the personnel selection process.
Participants: Teachers (Administration and Finance teachers, foreign language teachers, Spanish Language , Biology, Maths,…) and pupils from the
host country and those from the partner schools , financial experts, human resources experts, local entrepreneurs.
Activities
1. To receive talks about the different possible professional itineraries at the end of the academic training of our students, whether working on their
own account or as a company or for third parties.
2. Workshop: Make a general comparative study of the different types of societies in the countries of the EU and specifically the participants in the
project.
3. Workshop: Look at a job offer and study the characteristics of the job
4. Learn to promote yourself in an interview and highlight personal qualities adjusted to the position (marketing and self-promotion).
5. Role plays.- Thanks to the immersive experience, one develops a certain empathy with the interviewer and the interviewee. Putting oneself in the
skin of another gives the advantage of knowing the field that the candidate controls and knows how to move in a new field.
6. Receive talks from people in charge of the selection of personnel. This includes listening to the experience of a person who has recently started working, of someone older who has been recently hired or who has been without work for a long time.
7. Workshop: Basic aspects of a curriculum, from formal to content what information is included, what is specially valued, how one aspect is
highlighted versus another, what formats to choose
8. Workshop: Analysis of candidates in images
9. Delivery of a prize for the one who gets the job.
