We welcome an illustrator
We love our wonderful Erasmus project!!!
We continue working on the elaboration of the stories. After a writer has come to classes and explained us how stories are written, we now receive a visit from an illustrator who will explain us what her work consists of and what is necessary to be able to illustrate stories

SPAIN
Each of the classes that participates in the project has created a story based on a brainstorming: characters, place, objects that take place in the story, outcome ...
Also, they have drawn the cover of each story using only their imagination.
For this last task, for illustration, we have been helped by the fantastic Illustrations illustrator Yolanda Cabrera Sánchez, who directed the workshop for our pupils, who were lucky enough to create the Illustration of the story that they have invented together.
In these photos you can see the creation process and also the result. We have learnt a lot! Thank you very much again Yolanda!

Our BOOK STORY project kept going during the online classes!
The meeting with the writer and illustrator of a book was done online however, it was an exciting activity for the children. After we listened to the story from ms. Rena Rossi-Zairi, we also met the illustrator of the book.
After the activity, the children became illustrators themselves and created their own drawings!
After we came back to school we met an illustrator!
Children had the chance to observe many different styles of illustration, discussed how the pictures are incorporated and printed in the book, and they asked questions and heard the story of how the pictures in the book "A polar bear in the Acropolis" were designed.
After the meeting, the students created pictures by themselves:
