Learning through games is the best way for our pupils to adquire a deeper knowledege of the topic we are working, that's the reason why we played in the library. pretending our students were the librarians. They did a great job and understood what a librarian do and which is their main objective. They also knew the library card and used them to play. What a great fun!!
GREECE
Visiting our school's library was a very exciting activity for the children.
After a discussion we had on "where can we find books in the school", we decided to pay a visit to the library and meet ms.Giota, the librarian.
The children did a library tour, the librarian presented her job and she answered their questions. Afterward, the children created their own library cards and a small book!!

POLAND
As we couldn't visit the city library, the oldest students and their teachers prepared a game. They organized the library in their classroom and took on the roles of the librarian and the readers. Using reader's cards, they borrowed books from the library or looked at them in the reading room. It was really great fun!!!
