First of all you need to draw a cirlcle with 1/4 cut. Then draw to triangle that look like a bowtie on top of the big cirlce. After that you'll need to draw an eye - little circle. It will be on the top right of the big circle. And the last one you'll have to draw an even smaller circle in the base of the eye lid.
