Draw a circle with a diameter of 1,4cm.
On the right side of the circle draw a rectangle with a=7,2 and b=3cm.
From the center part of the bottom of rectangle draw s line of 3,5cm. On the end of the line draw right triangle with the height of 4,5cm and the base of 6,6cm.
