This project will focus on developing soft skills for a successful career in retail. Our goal is to help our students to be more employable and identify the skills a recruiter will expect them to have. This project is targeting young VET students aged 15-18 who will have to find a job at the end of this project. We are committed to help them achieve their professional and personal goals in their career in retail. We aim to support the competitiveness and employment of our students by promoting their soft skills through different activities: by comparing the skills needed in the retail sector in different regions of Europe, youngsters will be able to identify the competencies and abilities that they need to find a job in Europe. This project will help students to have a better understanding of their possibilities to find a job in any country in Europe. They will get a broader picture of the European labour market and this will contribute to raising their awareness of European citizenship.
