Thanks to the padlet about our cities and countries, we learnt many things about our partners.  

The question was : HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WERE ... ITALIAN, SPANISH, TURKISH, UKRAINIAN, PORTUGUESE, CZECH and POLISH? 

1) If we were Spanish , we would be happy to dance Flamenco but we would be sad to torture bulls. (Burak)

If I were Spanish, I would like to go to the beach after school. (Romane)

If I were in Spain, I would be excited to visit Real Madrid ! ( Florent). 

If I were Spanish, I would go and see the biggest football matches in the world as Read Madrid vs Barcelona. (Eloi)

If I were Spanish, I would be happy because I could eat tapas all day! ( Clément G.)

If I were Spanish, I'd be happy because I like hot weather but I would be scared by drought. (Margot)

If I were Spanish I would speak the Spanish language very well! I would be lucky. ( Arzu).

If I were Spanish I would be impressed by bull fights. ( Gabriel R.)

If I were UKRAINIAN,

-I would be joyful because I would eat Borsch with pompushki ( Burak).

-I would be curious to visit Ukraine (Gabriel D.)

-I would be scared because it reminds me of Chernobyl disaster! ( Florent)

-I would be happy because I would eat 'Kutia' but I would also be scared because I have heard Ukraine is a racist country. (Clément R.) Is it true? 

-I would be happy because I would live in Kiev which is a beautiful city and I would go and visit the statue of the motherland. ( Eloi). 

-I would be happy because there are generous people but I would be sad too because I think it's a poor country (Mélissa).

-I would be unhappy because I hate winter and snow!( Clément G)

- I would be depressed because Christmas is celebrated in January! ( Salomé)

If I were TURKISH,

-I would visit Istanbul ( Mathieu)

-I would eat Turkish delight! ( Gabriel R.)

-I would visit Cappadocia ( Alexane)

-I would eat Köfte (dumplings of meat) ( Léna).

-I would be scared of tornadoes ( Margot)

-I would visit the Maiden's Tower. (Maxence)

-I would visit St Sophia Church ( Clément G.)

-I would eat all day because soups and crushed wheat are excellent! ( Eloi).

-I would be intrigued because a lot of things happened in Turkey during WWI ( Ines)

-I would visit Pamukkale (Burak)

If I were ITALIAN,

-I would eat pizza and spaghetti every day! ( Burak)

-I would be curious : there are so many beautiful things to discover such as History, culture or cooking. ( Ines)
