For our live event we had a teachers meeting to schedule on the activities that were held that time

Present teachers were Imen, Athanasia, Fatma and Dhouha (and Randa was off because of family issues).

The process agreed is presented in the google doc that we have in the shared google account for all the partners of the project coderace2018@gmail.com (password= eTwinning):

Teachers were also informed via messenger, email and posts in project journal and in Teachers Bulletin.
