· Permits are released by Office for International Transport.

CMR consignment note
The CMR consignment note is considered asa proof of the contract of carriage but the absence, irregularity or loss ofthe consignment note does not affect the existence or the validity of thecontract of carriage, which shall remain subject to the provisions of the CMRConvention (Article 4).
The CMR consignment note serves also asproof of the reception of the goods by the carrier.

TIR CARNET
The TIR Convention establishes aninternational customs transit system with maximum facility to move goods:
-insealed vehicles;
-froma customs office of departure in one country to a customs office of destinationin another country;
-withoutrequiring extensive and time-consuming border checks at intermediateborders;
-while,at the same time, providing customs authorities with the required security andguarantees.

GUARANTEE (Transit Declaration)
Guarantee- a certificate is used as a guarantee to ensure payment of customs duties andtaxes.
This method is offered when moving goods to the destination customs of theRepublic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thecost depends on the amount of customs duties and taxes (customs duty plus VAT)and transportation distance.
The guarantee may replace the TIR carnet or convoy.
Advantage:
SAVEMONEY- the customer pays less than for theconvoy
TIME - the driver is not waiting for the convoy to be organized
LIQUIDITY OF TRANSPORT - in caseof missing CarnetTIR, you have an alternative solution toenter the Customs Union.
Customs convoy
The customsofficemay require the use of customs convoys orcustoms escorts for transport in transit only in circumstancespresenting high risks or when compliance with customs laws and regulationscannot be ensured through the use of guarantees.|

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FORTRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS LOADS
The transport document must be providedby the Consignor, and must be set out and contain the following information foreach dangerous substance, material or article carried; (a)theUN number preceded by the letters "UN"; (b)theproper shipping name supplemented, when applicable with the technical name inbrackets; (c)thehazard label model numbers given in Column (5) of Table A in ADR Chapter 3.2 orwhen more than one hazard label model numbers are given, the numbers followingthe first one shall be given in brackets; (d)whereassigned, the packing group for the substance which may be preceded by theletters "PG" (e.g. "PG II"); (e)thenumber and a description of the packages when applicable. UN packaging codesmay only be used to supplement the description of the kind of package (e.g. onebox (4G);
(f) the name and address of the consignor;
(g) the name and address of the consignee(s).With the agreement of the competent authorities of the countries concerned by the carriage, when dangerousgoods are carried to be delivered to multiple consignees who cannot be identified at the start ofthe carriage, the words "Delivery Sale" may be given instead (See also Section 5.3 – NationalExemptions);
(h) a declaration as required by the terms ofany special agreement; (i)whereassigned, the tunnel restriction code given in Column (15) of Table A of ADRChapter 3.2, in capitals within parenthesis. The tunnel restriction code neednot be added in the transport document where the carriage is known beforehandnot to pass through a tunnel with restrictions for carriage of dangerous goods(See also Section 13.4)
