MODULE 3 CULTURAL TOLERANCE IN MULTICULTURAL EUROPE

  • Today around 7% of the European Union's population was born outside the EU.Migration is part of human history. It is not something new, in the globalised modern world. Rather, it has been a feature of every era since the first people left Africa and spread across the world. Migration has thus been the norm throughout history.

Look at this video about the need to foster intercultural dialogue in Europe.

In society just like in shool, every single day we are asked to overcome our own shortcomings and lend a helping hand to others.

Having a collection of objects and documents respresentative of our history, promotes the understanding of European history and European integration.

Task 3. In groups(find your group in "Let's introduce ourselves"-working groups"), prepare a short presentation about the traditions you have been taking part here in Europe. Find the link to your presentation here:http://popplet.com/app/#/4629403
