    Activity Plan

    - Greece has made a logo. It is located on our FB group.
    - The first LTTA meeting is in Greece (February). Greece showed the schedule and has emailed it and posted it on the Drive.
    - The second LTTA meeting is in Italy (April) and their schedule is also on the Drive.
    - Europass was discussed. All participating students fill in such an application.
    - Health-card needs on the trip.
    - Students need to fill out a form before the trip, where they fill in their interests, allergies, etc. Such a form is on the Drive. Pupils fill in and upload on the Drive so host-country can get the information in good time before the trip.
    - Number of students and teachers for each LTTA meeting:

    - We discussed boys / girls and realized that it does not matter if they live with different sexes.

    Evaluation Plan

    - Students fill in the document "Health Information form" that is located in the shared
folder in the Drive. This shall be done in the mittle of January.
    - Greece show "Certificate of attendance for students. " Greece posting this document in the Drive.
    - We need to count how many ICT lessons we do, if we get up in the 25st it is ok, according to the project description.
    -  p. 29, right column, third point; "The effectiveness of These lessons ... .." When you come home from LTTA-meetings you have the same workshop in your own shool with your pupils.(If you did not complete the task at LLTA, you can complete it in your home country).
Teachers reflect if it is different to do the lessons in their home country compared to the country visited. Each country documenting this, for evaluationplan.
    - p. 29 regarding english test; Italy is responsible to make this test that we all are going to use

    Dissemination Plan

    -  We use Teamdrive to upload documents. There is one common, one for each country and one for each LTTA meeting.
    -  Important that each country sets up its reports on the drive.
    -  Each country is responsible for informing the media about the project
    -  To document the lessons that is made the LTTA-meetings will be a sort of dissemination plan.
    -  We market the project on what has been done during the let-hits: Website (Italy), FB page (Turkey), media (each country separately).
    -  All countries inform what needs updating on the website to Italy. What should be included on the website is not in detail about what we do, but largely what the project is about and photos.
    - We discussed what kind of "evidence" we may have to ste dissemination plan. Nobody really knows. We talk about it at the next webmeeting, 7 December.
    - In the Drive there is a folder called Dissemination. Every country documents what you
have done. Each country is ticking off the project description s 38, which is purchased in the
Dissemination-folder in the Drive. If you have links (from articles, etc.) you write with it.
    - P 39 says that the final rap resort to be uploaded on the EPRP. Sweden examines what
should be included in that report.
