    Italian songs dealing with migration

“Affermativo” is a single by Jovanotti about migrants. It is the story of a man in search of a future, eager for life, hope, horizon, alive, ready for any to persist. It is a story of an ordinary human being. “Affermativo” repeats “You can not live in a world without sky, you can not live in a closed world.”

    Migration in Croatian music

Croatia is not a country very attractive to immigrants. It rarely happens that some of them want to stay in our country. Croatia has a big problem with its people leaving the country, especially the younger population. It is probably the reason why we haven’t found any songs about immigrants and their problems in Croatian music, but we have found songs about Croatians leaving their country.
