IES AZUER is a secondary school placed in Manzanares; a small city which has a population of around twenty thousand people. It is located in the region of middle of Spain called Castilla-La Mancha. Our school is a secondary school founded in 1972. Presently the school has 70 teachers and 600 students, most of them live in the town and the others live neighboring villages. They come to school by public transportation.

Our school offers a wide possibility of studies such as compulsory secondary education from 12 to 16 ages, no compulsory secondary education from 16 to 18 and vocational training.
