Using the CLIL approach - physical education
1. Mr Christos Kassianos of Dasoupolis primary school (KB) thought of 2 games that students like playing.
2. The instructions for both games were found in Greek and translated to English.
3. The instructions were first read out to the students of Dasoupolis primary school (KB) and then 2 short videos were prepared explaining the game.
4. The students of Dasoupolis primary school (KB) played the games with all the instructions being given in English.
5. Once the students had played the games, 2 new videos were created using Microsoft's movie maker that showed the explanations and the games being played.
5. The students from the other schools listened to the videos, heard the instructions and then played the games. Like before all the instructions were given in English!
