    Hello everyone. Today we come back to talk about wasted food ...  We have been preparing this for a long time. We hope that you will like it!

     

    STOP WASTING FOOD

    10 February 2018, 3 domaine du Val st Aubert, Premesques

    Why?

    More and more people are wasting food… if you waste a lot of food but you have good intentions this workshop day is made for you. We organize a meeting on 10 February : it will help you realize you waste a lot of food and also help you to waste less. For this we will follow this schedule :

    10 am

    First, I will ask you to bring here all the food that you were going to put in the bin.

    We will give a part of this food to our hens or put it in the compost.

    We will also look at the food and use the not rotten or damaged one.

     

    1 pm

    Next, we will teach you recipes which use products that would have been wasted  (pudding, carrot leaves, soup, old vegetables and smoothies).

     

    2 pm

    You could tell us and share how you use the products you are used to throw out and maybe we could help you with some other ideas and we will learn new metodes together. But always keep in mind “don’t throw products which can be used for something else”.



     

    5 pm

    Afterward, thanks to our chefs, we will give you advice and explain you how to cook the perfect quantities, to shop, check expiration dates etc.

    6 pm

    Finally, you will have the opportunity to taste our healthy foods full of vitamins prepared by our cook chefs. You could help them or just watch and learn something new.
