Your task:

after discussing the topic with your teammates (and maybe also comparing the situation in both countries if possible), you will have to do a presentation to raise people’s awareness.

It means you have to present facts but you can also share your opinion on the topic, insisting on the problems/ consequences (on the planet, on health etc...)

 

Go to your team forum (step 2) to find the tool you will have to use for your presentation. You can also use the forum to discuss with your partners.

 

NB: Please, make sure you use only copyright free images in your presentation.

 

 

Here are a few guidelines and documents which could be useful.          

 

• It would be a good idea to comapre food prices in France and in Slovakia. Here are a few suggestions (but you can choose other examples of course)

  • the price of a basic loaf of bread

  • the price of 1 litre of milk

  • the price of 1 kg of sugar

  • the price of 250g butter

  • the price of 1 bottle of coca-cola

  • the price of 1 kg of potatoes

  • the price of meat (1 kg of beef)

 

• Is the price in a fast food restaurant the same in each country?

 

• Do you have the impression that it is more expensive to cook a homemade healthy meal rather than buy ready meals?

 

• Should healthy food be more affordable than processed food?
