In this page, we are going to write about information we give Pupils parents about Network Security and we are going to share documents they sign to use and share pupils videos and photos on the Internet with their authorizations.

SPAIN	We have a meeting with the parents at the beginning of October. We give them an informed consent form where they express their consent if they agree with the project and they give their consent in order to their children be recorded and be taken photos for the eTwinning platform, websites and blogs.
GREECE	We have handed out documents about the eTwining project (general) and the e-safety in it.We have also handed out to tha parents an official document for having their permission for photos and videos..
ITALY	Porto Garibaldi. We have a meeting with parents in September We informe parents that we are going to work with European school and that children can log in on twinspace at school and at home. Parents sign a official document about policy and they are asked to give the consent about video or photos. We have anoter meeting in October because every pupil has a GSuite Account that can be used at school and at home.
TURKEY	We had a meeting with the parents and informed them about the project that this is a European project and also took their permission that their children can be seen on network, due to the project needs and activities held by pupils.
REUNION, FRANCE	We gave a document to inform the parents about the project in Sepetember, with a short calendar so they know what the students are doing and which European countries are involved in the project. They were also asked for their permission to take photos and record videos of the children. And then we ask for their permission to use the video online, to publish the photos and videos on the twinspace, the school website, the internet in general.
