Goals/Objectives
In connection with the visit to our school in May 2018 we kindly request all the participants to prepare:
-
A patriotic song, which deals with (a) historical event/s from Your country in last 100 years.

A short film – 5 ‘ – presenting the most difficult moments in the history of Your country.

Reciting a poem (or a part of a poem) connected with the history of Your country.
-
My historical hero – a short story about a famous person from Your country.

1. Two Trips to the capital city - Warsaw - a city rebuilt from ruins.
2. A visit to the Silesian Center for Freedom and Solidarity.
3. An eyewitness about martial law - our teacher was an activist during her studies.
4. We participate in anniversary celebrations.
5. We remember about our patron - soldiers of the 74 Upper Silesian Infantry Regiment murdered by the Wehrmacht 8.09.1939.
6. We took part in the National Action "Send a card to the Insurgent" BohaterON.
7. We made the work "My historical hero of the twentieth century".
8. We remember the "Sanatorium of death" - Lubliniec, light candles on the graves of disabled children murdered by Germans as part of the T4 campaign.
9. We have prepared a flower bed dedicated to the 74 Upper Silesian Infantry Regiment. We planted flowers in national colors.
10. We have watched the spectacle "Fiddler on the Roof". We got to know the fate of the Jewish family and customs of this nation.
