Our latest result: Another regional story, refering to the opening of the borders between Germany and Chechoslavakia after the fall of the wall in Berlin in 1989. On 23th of december in 1989, there was a flag exchange at Waidhaus in the east of bavaria in order to provide west german politicians with supplies for planned festivities.

Our latest result: The story about the german train driver Johann Grünwald and the boilerman Georg Dietl who saved many lives of the citizens of Weiden during World War II by leading a locomotive out of town that catched fire after an attack of the allied forces.

Both of them left their lifes to prevend an even bigger disaster.
