Dissemination

  • We have tried to make our statement on the environmental issues we tackled with, to be heard loud and clear!

The Italian school has organised a very interesting seminar about eTwinning, focusing on the present eTwinning Project and has plenty of reports on its official website about our Project.

Two meetings of a representative of the wild life preservation organization ANIMA were organized in the Greek school, where pupils were informed about the wild life that by and large remains unnoticed in our city, yet there still exists. They also discussed about volunteer work in helping wild animals survive and what can be done so that wild life does not vanish completely from the urban environments.

Moreover, a Greenpeace representative discussed with pupils on a special meeting in the Greek school about the major issue of GM food, about alternative routes that can be followed and lead to sustainable agricultural development, about concerns for the World Trade Agreement.

The official webpage of the Greek school ( http://4lyk-kallith.att.sch.gr/autosch/joomla15/ ) hosts on a central spot a link to this TwinSpace, and yet another to our e-magazine.

The German school has made the most decisive move in order to guarantee the success of the whole Project, by visiting the Terni school in Italy. The final product which can be viewed by everyone, and therefore speaks publicly and not only to our school members, would be really inferior if this trip had not been decisively done.

Finally, the questionnaire we created and distributed made more students reflect on the important subjects our Project dealt with, it made our effort more widely known and it created an interest in our e-magazine.
