To fill the draft we followed the following process.
1. Everything country will fill the draft according to their assigned color. July
2. Spain will summarize everything taking into account all the countries contributions. August
3. Spain will send all the countries the draft to add or correct some details. Beginning of September
4. The draft will be sent to our National Agencies the 15 th of September.
