12.OUR EUROPEAN CHAINED READING: We read collaboratively : we held an online meeting to plan, development, products and dissemination.

  • 1. ORIGINAL IDEA

    We planned to read our traveling book using Adobe Connect, a video conferencing tool. Every country had to read its part in relation to this traveling book choosing several pupils and following an alphabetical order. The meeting would be recorded and sent to the other countries. Before developing the activity there was an online meeting held in June. The participants were. Juan José Martínez Ortega from Spain, Gabriela Brunea from Romania, Iknur from Turkey and Betty Kousi From Greece. We redefined our activity due other two countries couldn´t connect to our meeting: Italy and Lithuania.

    3. NEW PROPOSAL

    Due to technical problems in relation to the use of Adobe Connect, our activity was redefined. Every country had to record a video with several pupils reading  their Travelling Book part and send to Spain that had to create a video with all the countries contributions. Afterwards, this video had to be uploaded on this platform as a digital product.

    Finally, we finished our activity creating a collaborative video between all the countries. This project activity took long time due its complexity but it was a real success despite we replanned it. In the end it supposed an integrated task with even more and better impact on our students and organisations.
