CYPRUS

Our Year 6 pupils who participated in the Erasmus Transnational Activity in Spain, decided to show their classmates the different games they played there. Then all year 6 pupils organised on their own the Festival of respect which consisted of the games mentioned above. Pupils were divided into groups and each group was responsible for a game (to collect the equipment needed and illustrate the game to the participants). All the other pupils who participated, tried the different games in rotation and gave a small amount of money to be given for charity to support the premature newborns of the public hospital in Nicosia. During the festival, there was a used toy bazaar organised by the President and Vice president of the school (Year 6 pupils) and again the money raised were given for the same cause. During the Festival year 6 pupils who organised the event were wearing their Respect T-shirts showing the code of respect ( a joined result of the project).

             

 

SPAIN

In the school we celebrate the festival of respect with dances. The students worked respect through the most famous paintings in Europe.

BULGARIA

A week of Tolerance have been organised in Sava Dobroplodny Secondary School under the project activities. Students express respect toward culture and history of different countries. They have increased their cultural wareness and developed understanding and tolerance toward other countries
