PHASE 4. ASSESMENT OF RESULTS BY TEACHERS AND STUDENTS.

At the end of each school exchange visit, all aspects of project development, that is, all the phases described above, will be analized in order to improve for the following academic year. A plan for communication and dissemination of the project will take place. Each school center will be responsible for the communication and dissemination of the project in their country and the improvement of the coordination of activities for which they are responsible.
