PRELIMINARY PHASE: SETTING UP THE PARTNERSHIP. Responsibility is shared by both members.
 
A.1. Establishment  Information and Dissemination Activity Plan, inside and outside each School Center.The project is presented to all educational community in both partnersinstitutions: teaching staff, pupils, departments, school board, parents' associations and it will be included in the Annual Plan Centre of each institution.
 Dissemination activities and the explotation plan will be carried out and the local, regional community will be appropriately informed, as well as in the school website.

A.2. Coordination Activities between both school centers. Distribution of the whole project activities and responsibilities. Identification of the teachers involved in the project. ICTs usage: Plarform eTwinning, skype, emails...
