  • During the First Transnational Short-term Exchange of Group of Pupils, Coordinators and accompanying teachers  work plan consisted on:
    1. Common visits with the students to the business companies;
    2. Workshops and lecture about how to develop entrepreneurship on students;

    OFFICIAL  AGREEMENTS  - First Transnacional Short-Term Joint Staff Training Event

    Introduction:

               This project named „Empower Students with Entrepreneurial Skills” was approved in August 2015 with ERASMUS+ ID number 2015-1-PT01-KA219-012924_1. After the 1st Transnational Coordinators’ Meeting , in order to guarantee the best profit of the project and to make the necessary arrangements for the execution of the activities the Coordinators of the school partners agreed on some procedures.

    AGREEMENTS I.

    All Project activities defined in the form

    A1: Making up project slogans and designing a logo for the project, a contest to choose the best ones;

    A2: Organizing an information campaign in schools about the types of activities the group of students are going to carry out and produce leaflets;

    A3: Creating a Website to share all the key moments of the project;

    A4: Creating a group on Etwinning/Facebook to communicate, share and build ideas;

    A5: Creating a CV and Europass;

    A6: Organizing an event (Openness) to promote the objectives of the project to the school and the community;

    A7: Creating a short presentation about each country, region and school - localization, culture, customs and so on;

    A8: Developing a Mindmap about "Me and my region“

    A9: Raising awareness of cultural and geographical heritage of our regions;

    a. Trips to museums (bred, cheese, toys, wool, chocolate, wine and cotton, etc.)

    b. Visits to medieval castles, monasteries, abbeys and Roman remains

    c. Hiking the natural parks and nature interpretation centers

    d. Route to public libraries and municipal archives

     

    A10: Getting to know the products´ features related to each region’s natural environment;

    a. Meetings with successful entrepreneurs in sustainable environment area;

    b. Collect information on renewable and non-renewable natural resources;

    c. Route through the thermal treatments of diseases stations and also the health and welfare programs;

    d. Talks with young entrepreneurs with brilliant ideas and successful firms;

     

    A11: Becoming acquainted with the local range of industrial, commercial and handicraft associations;

    a. Visits to environment friendly institutions, such as purification plants, geothermal heat factories;

    b. Visits to recycling factory clothing, second-hand clothes and "burel" factory;

    c. Visits to tobacco factory, silkworms, brick factories, manufacturing of shoes, woolen and cotton sweaters;

    d. Outdoor activities with local artisans (pottery, basketry, cloth slippers, "burel" blankets , liqueurs and honey, sausages and cheese, etc.)

    e. Meeting with the logistics companies and the mechanical sector (import/export business);

    f. Prepare interviews to local business men and write an article for the newspaper school;

     

    A12: Developing ‘the ability to think critically, take initiative, problem solving and work collaboratively’ through "Lab Ideas" (creative entrepreneurship workshops)

    a. Talks and meetings concerning entrepreneurship education;

    b. Workshops about creativity and critical thinking in entrepreneurship;

    c. The students as resources: creation of interesting Business Plans based on their ideas;

    d. Research and create a business plan for a eco-business (step by step)

    e. Create and present new and creative ideas on a regional product through: film, presentation, video, poster, leaflets, photo album or model.

     

    AGREEMENTS II.

    Project activities carried out till the first mobility in Portugal, Jan 2016

    • Start Up the project activities in Facebook Group;
    • Share project guide lines;
    • Create project slogans and design a logo for the project;
    • Make a campaign to promote the project activities among school students and the local community;
    • Start the competition for the best slogan and a project logo design
    • Create different presentations (prezi, short video, ppt, photos,…) about each country, region and town;
    • Create and fill in the assessment for the first Transnational Meeting;
    • Discuss and fill in the Google form of students’ entrepreneurial competences;
    • Register students and Teachers on Etwinning;
    • Prepare student´s personal profiles for the host families in Portugal;
    • Present accommodation and transport arrangements for the meeting in Portugal;
    • Define selection criteria for students Erasmus+ mobilities;

     

    AGREEMENTS III.

    1.Mobilities dates:


    A) Short-term exchange of pupils in Portugal :

          18th January – 22ndJanuary 2016 plus two days for travelling.
    B) Short-term exchange of pupils in Poland:

          14th March -18th March 2016 plus two days for travelling
    C) Transnational project meeting in Finland:

          6th September  – 8th September 2016 plus two days for travelling

    D) Short-term exchange of pupils in Italy:

         7th November- 11th November 2016 plus two days for travelling

    E) Short-term exchange of pupils in England:

          _______March 2017 plus two days for travelling

    F) Short-term exchange of pupils in Romania:

          _______Octocber 2017 plus two days for travelling

    G) Short-term exchange of pupils in Finland

        18th March - 21st March 2018 plus two days for travelling

    H) Transnational project meeting in Italy

        22nd May  – 24th May 2018 plus two days for travelling
     

     

    2)Activities to carry out during the meeting in PORTUGAL

    STUDENTS

    A) Work  in groups in the same school. They must involve themselves and carry out the Activity 1 – What do I know? and  Activity 2 – Our Idea for local Business;

    B) Do tasks planned before, during and after the exchange;

    C) Fill in the daily bulletin;

    D) Participate in TwinSpace forums, write comments/impressions on the notice board;

    E) Respect others, cooperate, be helpful, develop skills in  communication, ICT, entrepreneurship and creativity.

     

    TEACHERS

    A) Monitor students’ activities and  participate in workshops devised for the teachers.

    B) Control and motivate the students´participation on Twinspace and share photos, videos and presentations in the materials´ folder.

    C) Contribute to further knowledge on the topic of the project and share good practices of the

     countries participating in the project.

    D) Discuss the project progress, identifying the areas of improvement.

    E) Prepare the student exchange in Poland.

    F) Write a report on this Short-Term Exchange of Groups of pupils and Joint Staff  Learning and training Event.

     


    3)Activities to carry out during the meeting in POLAND:

    STUDENTS

    A) Create a Presentation on each partner´s country (culture, traditions, food, educational system,

    B) Visit a chocolate Factory

    C) Visit small companies

    D) Organise an exhibition of products of local entrepreneurs

    E)  Visit Warsaw

    F) Visit Small craft museums

    G) Presentation on the Mindmap about  ” Me and my region”      

    TEACHERS

    A) Prepare the Europass Mobility (not compulsory)

    B)Disscuss the project progress, identifying the areas of improvement, preparing for the first Report about the first year project implementation.

    C) Prepare the student exchange in Italy.

    D) Prepare the coordinators´  Meeting in Finland.

     

    4 Project meetings arrangements


    A) All partners are obliged to provide the organizer of the meeting a list of students who will participate in the exchange ( in two months advance). The mobility students prepare personal profiles containing general personal information, short discription of hobbies, allergies or special dietary needs etc.  Students fill in the form, upload a photo and the coordinator of each school partner sends them by email to the host partner country. The mobility students start correspondence with their host students.

    B) Coordinators agree to give detailed information on travelling  arragements: flights schedule, transfers and other important information.

    C)Every partner covers all the costs from their own budget

    D) If a student is unable to travel at the last minute, the coordinator of the sending country will have to assume all the costs provided for in the host country or find a way to replace the student for another one.

    E) Organizing institution provides host families as possible for arriving students.

    F) Organizing country will provide at reasonable and affordable prices: hotel accomodation for Teachers and eventually students, airport transfers, lunches, visits to museums, monuments and local trips.

    G) The host country organises a cultural evening .

    H) Each partner school must require to the National Agency the model document of the Europass mobility; certificate in English before each short-exchange of students and teachers.

    I) The hosting school is required to prepare the participation certificate both for teachers and students before each mobility.

    J)The partners agree to describe all the activities developed in each school and collect digitally  all the evidences (photos, videos, movies, presentations, slideshows,….) to provide the portuguese coordinator in the meeting in Poland.

     

    AGREEMENTS IV.

    1)The project management.

    Partners agree to:

    A)document systematically implemented project activites, collect all data needed to write all the reports

    • August, 2016 (first Year Report);
    • April, 2017 (Official Intermediate Report)
    •  May, 2018 (Final Official Report)

     

    B) make a good use of the budget; carry out the project in accordance with the terms of the contract with the National Agency.

    C) bring to each mobility 6 students and 2 teachers. If you want to bring more, you must agree with the host country at least a month before.

    D) The coordinator of the project of each partner school should ideally be present in each mobility /meeting.

     

    2)Communication between partners.

    A)Partners agree  to continue e- mail correspondence to ensure a proper management and monitoring the progress of the project.

    B)All partners committe themselves to inform each other about all the activities related to the project, including cooperation on eTwinning and dissemination. Students shall communicate through Twinspace.

    C)The partners agree to continue using as communication tools the email, Facebook group, etwinning of the Project and schoolpages.

    D)  The partners agree to use the etwinning to organize  and post data, participate in forums and accomplish tasks created.

    E) The partners are obliged to access regularly  the communication tools and give feedback within the given deadline.

     

    3)Tools of dissemination of project activities and results.

    All partners agree to contribute to the official Facebook group, Erasmus+  tab on schools websites and the eTwinning of the project.

    4)Quality and quantity evaluation.

     

    A)It has been agreed to use a mixed-method approach to capture qualitative feedback combined with quantitative surveys.

    STUDENTS

                 Key metrics will be Participation,Project Satisfaction,  Entrepreneurial skills.

    TEACHERS

    Key metrics will be Structure, Content, Organization and logistics; schedule of meetings; exchange of students; methodology; arrangements about future mobilities.

     

    B)It has been agreed to carry out surveys or the interviews with students participating in the project and their parents. The surveys will be conducted at the beginning, middle and at the end of the project.

    C) The project coordinator collects suggestions to prepare a google form survey  or paper and then she will share the link with  all coordinators of individual schools, who inform students  to complete the survey within the given deadline.

    D) Each coordinator prepares a report on the survey’s results.

    E) All project meetings will be followed by quality tools. The hosting institution is responsible for conducting the survey and analysis of results.
