The coordinator of every participant organisation will be in charge of organising a meeting with their Erasmus team at least twice a year in order to analyse their work, learn about the performance of each member, group, school and partner countries.

This will include a mid-term report writing and gathering materials to share the achievements of the project with the whole school, community and other partner organisations. In case of any challenges, the meetings will give opportunities for solving them as a team and looking for ways to overcome them.
