    METHODOLOGY:

We used ZOOM for the virtual meeting. We used Break rooms for groups work (one student per country). We pre-shared materials in Google Drive (each team watched longer videos in their classrooms). We also used many mobile apps for executing the activities.

    RESULTS:

The students and teachers communicated with people in foreign languages (German and English), they spoke publically and presented their own ideas and opinions, they were encouraged to think about their attitude, values and their own strengths and weaknesses, they worked on their positive self-esteem and self-worth, they all actively cooperated in different social and team building activities fostering mindfulness.

    PARTICIPANTS:

The people that participated in the meeting were teachers and students from the Erasmus+ Team from each school, the principles, other teachers as well as the Slovene project advisor from the NA.

    INTEGRATION IN THE SCHOOL WORK:

The meeting was a part of each school’s annual plan. It was a part of Erasmus+ Club activities at each school.

    THE BENEFITS OF THE PARTICIPANTS:

The main goal of the project is producing as many useful materials and exchanging good practises relating to mindfulness and overcoming teenage problems that can be further used at each school. The Slovene Team presented and executed different activities and provided all the needed materials, instructions and aims of activities and shared them with other teams over Google Drive and regular mail. Some of the activities were pre-recorded and are available for further use. The students involved in the meeting gained new skills, experiences and made new friends. The greatest benefit for all schools that participated is a pack of ready-made materials that can be used with other students in the future.
