The students in Colégio do Marítimo had the chance to try out and explore Augmented and Virtual reality through the use of different apps. The kids from the several classes had the chance to meet different animals and dinossaurs as if they had come back to life, explored the Solar System, studied the human body and experimented with the Quiver app, making their painting come to life.

After trying out AR and VR, we also created a virtual tour of our town, Funchal. For this, the 3rdB class participated by making research and sharing their discoveries about the town's main monuments and historical places. They even went on a school field trip through the town, taking pictures and making discoveries that enriched our virtual tour. We also added our own school, Colégio do Marítimo, to the virtual Thinglink tour.
