Osnovna šola Alojza Gradnika Dobrovo is a small rural school from western Slovenia. It is a primary and secondary school with about 400 students and 40 teachers. The school is named after a local poet and lawyer, Alojz Gradnik.
The school is loctaed in the hamlet of Dobrovo, which is the centre of the municipality of Brda and the whole wine-growing region of Goriška Brda. The reagion has 45 villages, so a vast majority of our students are commuters.
Our school has been involved in eTwinning and Erasmus projects since 2011. This year, we've got two project groups who are actively involved in the C@S Erasmus Plus Project.
