STEERING ROBOTS FROM DISTANCE
An innovative idea used in our project is steering robots from distance. The Cypriot student gave instructions to the Polish student to steer the robots using a mobile phone. The Polish student couldn't see the robot (he stood his back to the robot). The navigator in Cyprus could see the route via Skype. His task was to give instructions in such a way to make the robot reach its destination. Then, the students changed the roles and the navigator in Poland gave instructions to the Cypriot student who steered the robot with a mobile phone.
