Research about Robotics in CYPRUS

During the last days of October 2014 we conducted a research in our school about Robotics. The goal of the research was to find out the level of knowledge among teachers and students of our school about Robotics.

At first we gave a questionnaire to the teachers of our school and we asked them to fill it. Then the information we collected was imported in a database we created using MS Access for the purposes of our research. Using the appropriate queries we found out the data we needed which we then used in MS Excel to create the graphs to present our research´s results.

During Computer´s lesson, we asked our students to online fill a form (the same quastionnaire as the one which was given to teachers), and we collected the data in the database was mentioned before. Using the same method we created the graphs needed to present the results of our research among students too.

The results of our research are excibited in our school´s hall so everyone can have a look on the results!

RESEARCH IN POLAND

In order to assess the level of knowledge about robotics, we conducted surveys among students and teachers. We collecetd the answers and worked out results. The results have been presented to the parents as well as the whole school community. We displayed them on a special TV placed at the school where we show all the events and actions that take place in our school. The resulst are going to be compared with the Cypriot partner.
