Spain mobility | Belgium mobility | Austria mobility | Finland mobility

Introduction

The Austria mobility took place from 13 to 18 March 2022. We visited HAK1 Salzburg, a VET focusing on business administration. There we wórked on our webshop as well as developing MOOC resources to teach the process of developing an online shop.

In particular the focus was on:

• The products (including price calculation [puzzle piece includes machine time]; mark-up; psychological pricing)
• Multi-language interface (including simple English targeted at refugees)
• Legal aspects (taxes, compulsory information, customer rights, GDPR, compliance, etc.) https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/QANDA_20_2348
• Marketing (including social media influencing)
• Market analysis (SWOT; PESTEL; competitor analysis; market research)

Outcomes
