We are a state Secondary School from the north of Portugal, with 1,780 students.

We have classes from the 7th to the 12th grades and students are aged 12-18.

Vila Nova de Gaia is the neighbouring city of Oporto (the 2nd largest Portuguese city), just across the Douro River.

Valadares is a parish of Vila Nova de Gaia city and it borders the Atlantic Ocean. Vila Nova de Gaia is proud to keep 18 European Blue Flag on its beaches along its 15Km of shore.
