    Nunavut experiences polar climate in most regions. There are cool summers and very cold winters. Winters are  nine months and summers are only 3 months.  The average fall of snow is 200 - 600 mm. Snowflakes form in a great variety of shapes.

    We made some paper snowflakes for this project.
