Team 3: Social Media Managers
Tasks:
- Creating and publishing relevant content on the different campaign channels on Instagram, the facebook page, twitter
- Interacting with the followers
- Contacting social media influencer to involve them in the campaign
- Writing emails to influencers, third parties to involve them in the campaign.
- Collaborating and coopreating with the two other team

Part of Team 3 tasks was to contact other actors not part of the their project. For this the student need to communicate with them to invite them to be part of their initiative.
So the students created templates for their emails which they used each time they contact someone to invite him/her. We share here the different versions the students used:
Trello was another tool the students used to colloaborate, to keep track and to organize their work. The tool was proposed by one of the students who used it previously with the Interact Club.

Social Media Team: Post Captions, Media, Posts Links, Hashtags
Part of the social media team tasks was writing daily posts on the campaign social media channels. The following document gathers all the students posts on the different channels including the media chosen (video, picture, infographic, article) and the captions created for each posts with the hashtags to boost and index their publications.
