My City Ankara by Melisa Yakamoz ////BETÜL CAN ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL - SİMRU PAMUK

My city is Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Ankara is in the Central Anatolian Region of Turkey. There are beautiful parks in Ankara so you can find green area to relax at the weekend. Also there are ponds in our parks so you can feed birds and watch the animals. Anıtkabir is the tomb of Atatürk, our great leader. Every year a lot of people visit Anıtkabir . It is very big and there are trees in garden. Atakule is very famous in Çankaya and you can see Ankara view from the top. There are restaurants and cafes. I usually go to Atakule and drink coffe eat pizza with my friends. There are museums in my city. Tourists visit museums. Our teachers go to there with students to visit museums . I love my city and I hope you like it.

My City Ankara by Ayşe Nehir-- BETÜL CAN ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL-SİMRU PAMUK

I'm Ayşe Nehir. I live in Ankara. It's capital city of Turkey. I love Ankara because it is great with a lot of parks, department stores, kafes, cinemas, fastfood restaurans and of course my school. Anıtkabir is in Ankara and we have our hero Atatürk lying in there. Atakule is tall building. There are kafes, restaurans, cinemas, stores in there. Ankara Castel is very old building. It is from history of city. Youth Park is very beautiful for tourists. Families go to Youth Park and enjoy beatiful ponds, flowers, trees in there. They can also sit in a kafe and eat and drink. Ankara is best place to live. I love Ankara!
