WELCOME TO THE SCHOOL (6th of June)

Students, parents and polish teachers welcomed us into the school and gave us different typical presents from Łowicz. After the reception, all students went with their families.

TOUR AROUND THE SCHOOL (7th of June)

Polish students were our guides during the tour around the Szkoła Podstawowa nr 2 im. Adama Mickiewicza school. The headmistress welcomed us with a present. We enjoyed a lot!

MORNING ACTIVITIES (7th of June)

The best way to start the day is with yoga and meditation. At the same time, we worked with two important SS: self-management and communication. Polish students showed us different yoga techniques and we practise them. After that, the Catalan team put in practice different meditation activities in the playground of the school. We share nice feelings during the activity.

TIME BANK ACTIVITY (7th of June)

Time Bank is a nice activity to share our abilities and learn from others. We share typical dances and we, as Catalan students, learn a typical polish dance. They were preparing this dance for the end-of-school year festival. We taught them a typical Catalan dance that is called "Sardana".

SOFT SKILLS POSTER (8th of June)

In this activity, we worked in different mixed groups and in a virtual way with our colleagues from Greece and Norway. 
We prepared a poster about one Soft Skill. It was a way to review all that we learnt during the project about self-management, empathy, communication and empowerment. We used different types of materials like newspapers and magazines and we create a poster with the main characteristics of our Soft Skills and how we can use them in our daily life. After that, we present the poster in front of our partners and we share the results, virtually, with the Greek and Norwegian team. 

ACTIVITY "PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS" (8th of June)

This activity was virtual for the Greek and Norwegian teams and in the class for us. 
It was an activity where we need to use all the Soft Skills that we learnt in this Erasmus. We created different mixed groups and we received a problem related to our daily life. Our aim was to suggest one possible solution for them. After that, we present our problem and a possible solution for them in front of our partners and we debate about that. 
It was an interesting activity because we shared different points of view. 

LAST DAY (10th of June)

Before leaving we participated, as spectators, in the Polish team dance rehearsal before the shool festival. It was nice and a great experience before coming home. This picture is taking before we took the bus to the Airport anb to come back to Santpedor. Share all moments with Polish, Greek and Norwegian teachers and students was special and he hope we will meet soon.

FAMILIES TIME

Our host families were nice and we discovered with them a nice culture, food and cultural activities. We felt at home!

REGIONAL MUSEUM IN Łowicz (7th of June)

We visited the local museum and we learnt and discovered different cultural aspects of Poland like typical dresses and typical homes. 

Our guide was nice, the visit was in English but he spoke fluently and it was easy for us to follow all the explanations. Moreover, with the guide, we learnt how to speak in public without stress and in a fluently way. 

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES IN THE FOREST (7th of June)

It was one of the most enjoyable activities that we ever participated before. We did different icebreaking games and we played as a big team. After that, polish students and parents prepared for us a bonfire and some meet to cook them. It was fantastic and the experience was really nice!

CASTLE AND BASILIC IN ŁOWICZ (8th of June)

We enjoyed the afternoon with two tours, one in the ruins of the castle and one in the Basilic of Łowicz.

It was interesting because we learnt a little bit about the history of the village and the importance of the Castle. We enjoyed it a lot during the tour, the owner of the place and guide offered us tea with a biscuit and it was really nice. At the end of the visit, the guide recreated how the cannon runs with a firecracker. 

The visit to the Basilic was interesting too and we visited the top of it and we enjoyed a really nice views of Łowicz.

It is really interesting to discover the origins of the place that you visit. 

WARSAW (9th of June)

We visited Warsaw, the most important places for Polish history and culture. We visited the Royal Castle, with huge paintings and decorations and a lot of rooms. We walked along the Vistula River and we refreshed with nice lemon drinks. The visit in  Palace of Culture and Science was fabulous because we went on the top and we saw great views of the city. We took different friendly pictures and as a group too.
