Self-management

  • SELF -PORTAIT

This activity was engulfed in the project Soft-Skills: self-knowledge. We do activities to encode more ourselves and how the people see us.

The main theme from this activity was self knowing, is that you see yourself and you see how others see you. From cuts of magazines and newspapers that represent us the most and we pass them on a sheet , then we post all them on the white board with the goal of knowing who is from the paper and throw the cuts that it passt. This way, we could know mre how other people wore and the class could know us more. We choose images that  represent how we wore and not what we liked, since the tastes a person has are very different from how he is.

The activity consists of cutting images or words from the magazines, newspaper that represent yourself. Then we drew a silhouette of more or less our face, once drawn, we could choose between the cuts we made previously and stick them to the silhouette forming a word or figures with which you feel identified. That's why we finished the silhouette. Once we finished, we exposed them on the whiteboard  between us. We had to find out who each person was. This helped us learn more about classmates that we did not know.

We think that this kind of activity is interesting to do. As we discover how others see us  from the outside and we teach how we are and we feel interenly. Doing these kinds of activities we learn to empathize with others, to put into practice the ability to learn, listen and know different things to the others, as well as, we work on not judging other persons without how they are them or how they can be.
