    8. LEARNING APPS

Learning Apps  is a Web 2.0 application, to support learning and teaching processes with small interactive modules. Those modules can be used directly in learning materials, but also for self studying. The aim is to collect reusable building blocks and make them available to everyone. Blocks (called Apps) include no specific framework or a specific learning scenario. The blocks are therefore not suitable as complete lessons or tasks, instead they must be embedded in an appropriate teaching scenario. Watch this Tutorial to learn more about it.

    5. TYPEFORM

Typeform is a simple and userf-friendly tool for creating different types of surveys, forms , quizzes and disucssions.  It is very easy to create a survey or a quiz, because it works on the drag and drop principle. We can change colour, font and add videos and images. There is also a paid version, but the options that are offered in the free version are sufficient for a project. The only constraint is that only up to 100 answers can be evaluated per month. Here is an example Typeform about our project. Make sure that you take the survey. You can also click on the Launch button below.

    3. QUIZIZZ

Quizizz is very similar to Kahoot. It is a game-based learning response system. It can be used to create multiple choice quizzes. Unlike Kahoot, where the question and the answers are displayed on the main screen, while students' screens show only  answers A-C in 4 different colours, on Quizzez, students can see the question and answers. Quizziz is self-paced, so students don't have to wait for the teacher to start a new question. It can also be done at home. Here's an infographic that show the differences between Kahoot and Quizizz.

    2. KAHOOT

Kahoot is a "game-based classroom response system and educational platform for creating quizzes, surveys and disucssions. With a refreshingly new take on introducing new content and formative asssessment, Kahoot initiates peer-led disucssions, wth students left on the edge of their seats." Students join the quiz by typing in a pin number that is automatically generated for each quiz. They need to have a mobile device or they can play on their computers individually or in teams.  Find out more about Kahoot in the tutorial  Get Started with Kahoot!.

Add two questions  with answers to this google doc: Make Me A European Kahoot. The questions should be about anything that you learned throughout the project.
