    The meeting was based on several topics, such as location, competitors, marketing mix, source of finance and team structure.

    Participants developed the following activities: 

    • A Power Point presentation by the receiving students summarized the previous meeting.
    • A Power Point Presentation on the Business idea - branding - market research - legal status - target customers.
    • Lectures performed by the schools ́ teachers and experts, e.g. a marketing specialist, a management consultant, on the different aspects/topics of the training course no 2.
    • Meetings and interviews with local entrepreneurs.
    • Focus group discussions.
    • Workshop where students will work on the second part of a business plan with a ficticious company.
    • Company visits.
    • Cultural activities. 


    RESULTS


    Students gained a deeper understanding of the basics of creating a business plan.
    The work was documented resulting in material for the second part of the e-learning manual.
    Exchange of good practice and new ideas resulted from the activities.
    International aspects of starting a business and being an entrepreneur were raised.
