Second part of a business plan - The operating plan" 

Students were introduced to more aspects necessary to build a business plan and continue to gain knowledge and motivation to become entrepreneurs. Teachers participating studied the work and discuss methods of teaching and instilling entrepreneurship leading to new insights which were documented and used for the second part of the e-learning manual.
Students and teachers participating in the activity improved their knowledge of Spanish culture as well as the cultures of the other participating partners since cultural differences were naturally a topic of conversation. Language skills were also improved, particularly English but some very basic information of Spanish was part of the cultural information.
