The main steps of how to set up a business: first part of a business plan)

All the participants benefites of the lifelong process in term of skills, competences and knowledge in order to put in practice their entrepreneurial idea. With the help of teachers, the pupils passed on the know-how in transnational workshops themselves. The above activity about the setting of a business was integrated, as the whole programme, used as a guide on how to create a job for all the students.
Students and teachers participating in the activity improved their knowledge of Romanian culture as well as the cultures of the other participating partners since cultural differences were naturally a topic of conversation. Language skills were also improved, particularly English but some very basic information of Romanian was part of the cultural information.
